Invitation to submit a Letter of Intent

Nawras Trading L.L.C-FZ (Dubai, UAE — Licence No. 2423463.01) invites qualified end buyers and established traders to submit a Letter of Intent for concentrated Syrian phosphate rock, Grade 4 and Grade 6, FOB Tartous. We act as an intermediary between the Syrian producer and the buyer. No price is published on this page: buyers are asked to state their own price indication, and offers are evaluated on price, payment instrument, and demonstrated capacity to lift.

Commercial framework

The terms below describe the framework under which cargoes would be contracted. They are indicative and subject to written confirmation of allocation by the Syrian side and to final contract.

Loading

Load port Tartous, Syrian Arab Republic. Vessels of 3,000–20,000 MT accepted. Draft at the loading berth 31 feet. Loading by electrical loading system and belt conveyor. Delivery FOB Tartous in bulk, Incoterms 2020.

Buyers are responsible for confirming that the declared cadmium, uranium and fluorine ranges meet the fertiliser and import regulations of the destination country before contracting.
